Matt is a partner in the firm’s international trade practice. He focuses mostly on trade remedies, customs and other trade policies affecting the importation of goods.

He also advises clients on opportunities and risks presented by international obligations under bilateral, regional and multilateral trade and investment agreements, including World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute resolution and counseling.

Brooke Davies

Brooke counsels clients in a broad range of international trade matters, including WTO agreements and disputes, international trade law, traderemedies, and sanctions and export controls.

Brooke also represents clients on trade matters related to Section 301 tariffs. Brooke has experience conducting internal investigations into existing sanctions compliance programs. Brooke is also active in pro bono representations.
