The Patent Lawyer  magazine ranked Haynes and Boone, LLP among the Top 10 Patent Firms in the "North America – South" region in 2022.

The magazine conducts extensive research throughout the year to select leading intellectual property (IP) and patent firms in jurisdictions worldwide. Selection criteria include client testimonials, market reputation, and cited achievements over the past year, among other factors.

This is the latest recognition for Haynes Boone's  Patent Practice. Additionally, Intellectual Asset Management (IAM), Globe White Page Ltd, included 14 of the firm's partners among its 2021 Patent 1000 list of top IP lawyers in the world. IAM also designated Haynes Boone as a "recommended firm" for patent law. Additionally in 2021, Managing Intellectual Property, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, named six partners as "IP Stars" and one as a "Notable Practitioner."
