Katherine (Kate) Driscoll and Mary Kaiser have been named 2023 D.C. Rising Stars by The National Law Journal. The Rising Star awards recognize the 40 most promising lawyers age 40 and younger in the Washington, D.C. area who have become influential in their areas of practice.

Kate, Of Counsel in Morrison Foerster's Investigations + White Collar Defense group, was recognized for her track record in high-stakes investigations and complex criminal and civil litigation. Kate is also advising an international consulting firm related to its work for opioid manufacturers, which involves complex, multi-dimensional work involving state attorneys general, DOJ, and congressional investigations, as well as more than 140 civil lawsuits that are now in a Multi-District Litigation.
