Anne O'Donoghue

Anne O’Donoghue is an accredited immigration law specialist, with over 30 years of experience. She is the director and principal lawyer of Immigration Solutions Lawyers. Anne is acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading immigration law specialists and has a special interest in modern slavery/human rights and professional ethics. 
Anne was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1981, the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1987 and the High Court of Australia in 1982. In 1998, Anne received her specialist accreditation as an immigration lawyer from the NSW Law Society. She has been instrumental in developing the field of immigration law in NSW and was the founding vice president of the Migration Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia (LCA). 

Anne has been recognised by the Australian and International Legal community at large on numerous occasions, including but not limited to being a finalist in 2017 and 2018 Migration Partner of the Year Award for Lawyers Weekly,  being a winner for the 2019 Migration Partner of the Year Award for Lawyers Weekly, named 2021 Australasian Lawyer’s Most Influential Human Rights Lawyer and has most recently received the 2022 Winner of the Elite Women Australasian Lawyer Award. 

Anne was also named Thought leader in Corporate Immigration by Who’s Who Legal in 2022, 2023 and 2024 and Global Elite Thought Leader in 2023 and 2024. Lastly, Anne O’Donoghue’s firm, Immigration Solutions Lawyers was a finalist in this year’s Pro-Bono Program of the Year Award, and Anne recently was awarded the 2023 Most Influential Lawyer of the Year by Australasian Lawyers

Baroness Helena Kennedy

Baroness Helena Kennedy is director of the International Bar Association's Human Rights Institute and  is one of Britain's most distinguished lawyers. She is a Scottish barrister, broadcaster, and Labour member of the House of Lords. She has spent her professional life, giving voice to those who have least power within the system, championing civil liberties and promoting human rights.

She has used many public platforms – including the House of Lords, to which she was elevated in 1997 – to argue with passion, wit and humanity for social justice.

Ray Rackham

As Managing Director for the United Kingdom, Ray Rackham is responsible for leading CIBT’s combined UK businesses, including Newland Chase,  CIBTvisas and Newland Chase Education. CIBT has a broad set of service offerings in the UK, including UK inbound immigration, travel visas, global immigration, student visas and document legalization services.

Ray is a qualified solicitor with 20 years of experience in the private, public, legal and financial sectors. A graduate of the London School of Economics and the Inns of Court School of Law, Ray started his career holding various Government secretariat roles, including roles at the Department for International Development, the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office.
