Susannah Torpey

Susannah Torpey, co-chair of Winston’s Technology Antitrust Group, litigates cutting-edge issues at the intersection of antitrust, intellectual property and technology.

She regularly represents major corporations in high-profile, multi-district and class action litigation and government investigations involving a wide array of antitrust issues, including monopolization, price-fixing, exclusive dealing, tying, unfair competition, anticompetitive product redesign, and mixed issues of antitrust and intellectual property law.

Susannah also routinely counsels businesses regarding antitrust compliance and business issues relating to the use of tech and IP. She has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Women Leaders in Technology,” and a “Star” in antitrust.

Kelly Hunsaker

Kelly has near 30 years of experience leading complex patent cases involving a wide range of technologies and industries, particularly in high-tech fields. In 2023, she was named “one of the most influential women in Silicon Valley” by the Silicon Vally Business Journal.
