SPEAKERS
Hans Kuhn

Hans is a highly experienced financal market lawyer with a focus on banking and financial market infrastructure regulation, securities and secured transaction law and digital asset law. He is advising Swiss and foreign banks entering the crypto and digital asset space as well as cryptoexchanges and crypto startups.  He worked on the blockchain legislation in Liechtenstein and Switzerland and serves on the board of blockchain firms, including crypto bank SEBA. Before joining private practice he served as general counsel for Swiss National Bank.

Sebastian Wälti

Sebastian is a partner of Lawside. His practice focuses on Swiss and European financial market law (including fintech and blockchain law), civil law matters with a focus on corporate law, contract law and white-collar crime. He advises and litigates in the above areas and is a notary public in the Canton of Zug. Sebastian is a board member of several technology start-ups and, due to his international clientele, is well connected with experts abroad. Before becoming self-employed, he worked in the legal and compliance department of a securities firm in the field of structured products.
