We have received reports that the " THUAN PHAT 08 ", a 2008 built General Cargo vessel flying the Vietnamese flag, has sunk with the loss of 3,100MT rice on board.
So far as any recovery is concerned, we have identified the vessel's P&I Club, which is headquartered in London.
