We have received reports that the " HAKATA QUEEN ", a 2016 built bulk carrier flying the Panamanian flag, has grounded off Denmark and Sweden.

We have received reports that the " HAKATA QUEEN ", a 2016 built bulk carrier flying the Panamanian flag, has grounded off Denmark and Sweden.

It is carrying a cargo of soyabeans loaded in San Lorenzo and was bound for Gdynia.

The vessel requires professional assistance from salvors, and the local authorities are inspecting the casualty.

It is also likely that General Average will be declared.

So far as any recovery is concerned, we have identified the vessel's P&I Club.
