We hear that NOW magazine, clothing group Arcadia, a London-based auction house and an international media company have allegedly all settled claims from former interns for the national minimum wage. But this may just be the tip of the iceberg, given an on-going campaign to achieve "Justice for Interns".

Employers who regularly engage interns on a non-paid basis will be vulnerable to the threat of having back pay awarded against them by an employment tribunal.
