The U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") extended certain General Licenses concerning Ukraine-related entities on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.

  • General License No. 13G authorizes certain transactions to divest or transfer debt, equity, or other holdings from certain designated blocked persons (including EN+ Group PLC, GAZ Group, and United Company RUSAL PLC ) to a non-U.S. person;
  • General License No. 14C allows certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with United Company RUSAL PLC;
  • General License No. 15B authorizes certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with GAZ Group; and
  • General License No. 16C authorizes certain activities necessary to maintain or wind down operations or existing contracts with EN+ Group PLC or JSC EuroSibEnergo.

The extensions are in effect until 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard time January 7, 2019.
