Resolution 017-ARCOM-2017 of the Mining Regulation and Control Agency (ARCOM) was published in Oficial Record No. 103 (October 19, 2017). This "Resolution establishing requirements for Mining Rights Holders to obtain Export Certificates" sets out conditions and procedures for exporting minerals. The main focus of the resolution is to establish the administrative procedure for mining rights holder to request export certificates, through the Mining Management System (SGM, for its Spanish-language acronym). To obtain certificates, applicants must meet the requirements established for each case. The attached table indicates the documents to be submitted.
