On 24 November 2015, Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission ("DRC") publicized an administrative penalty decision against several automobile maintenance factories, which are members of "Wuwei Automobile Maintenance Association". In the decision, Gansu Provincial DRC concluded that certain automobile maintenance factories violated the AntiMonopoly Law ("AML") and the Provisions on AntiPrice Monopoly by conducting monopoly agreements fixing the price of the secondary maintenance of vehicles, therefore ordered them to cease price monopoly and imposed fines.
