DMH Stallard has acted for Chill Brands Group plc in a £3.5 million fundraising which was completed on 13 May 2022. The fundraising involved the subscription of ordinary share and convertible loan notes and required shareholder approval which was given at a General Meeting held on 12 May 2022. The convertible loan notes will be converted into ordinary shares upon the publication of a prospectus.
Chill Brands Group plc is an international company which creates and distributes CBD products worldwide. This fundraise is part of the company's strategy to increase shareholder value and enter the next phase of its business strategy, which will see Chill Brands Group plc working in close partnership with distributors to create a successful rollout and seeking to implement best practices across appropriate marketing, trade spend, advertising, in-store display, education and speed to market.
