Law of the National Council of SR on safety and health protection in work No. 330/1996 of Coll.

This law is separate from the labour law and its objective is to define the basic conditions of safety and health protection in work and to eliminate the causes of work accidents, illnesses and other health damages in the workplace. It is effective from 1 January 1997.
