As a result of the developing COVID-19 situation, the DIFC
Wills Service Centre has made the decision to stop accepting
appointments at their offices from now until April 26th 2020. This
closure may be extended beyond this date subject to change
depending on any further Government directives.
Fortunately, the DIFC Wills Service Centre are in the process of
developing a virtual system for registration which they aim to
launch in the coming weeks. BSA's expert lawyers will follow
these developments closely and keep our clients up to date
accordingly.
Times such as these are an opportunity to take stock, to
consider your legacy planning and to make sure all proper
arrangements are in place to ensure your loved ones will be taken
care of in all eventualities.
The content of this article is intended to provide a general
guide to the subject matter. Specialist advice should be sought
about your specific circumstances.
