Sean Gillease is the Managing Director of Sovereign Pension Services (CI) Limited, having joined the Guernsey-based operation of the Sovereign Group as a Business Development Manager in 2017. Sean has worked in the pensions industry in Guernsey for more than 10 years, during which time he has dealt with a mix of domestic and international pensions business for both corporate and individual clients. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers.

Peter began his insurance career in the early 1990s with Euler Hermes plc, the London-based trade credit and political risks underwriter. He worked in data analysis, sales and underwriting before returning to Guernsey in 2001. Peter is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He is a past Chairman of the Guernsey International Insurance Association (GIIA), the representative body for Guernsey’s insurance companies and insurance managers.  

Alasdair is the Head of Private Wealth at IQ-EQ in Guernsey. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the fiduciary services industry and specializes in establishing and managing structures for UHNW families and their family offices. A former chairman of STEP Guernsey, he was also a member of the STEP Worldwide Council. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute and a committee member of the Guernsey Association of Trustees (GAT). Alasdair originally qualified as a CA in Scotland after obtaining his MA in economics. Alasdair is listed as one of the very few leading individuals in Guernsey by Who’s Who Legal.

Robbie is the Chief Operating Officer of The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and has been with the group since 2005. He is responsible for leading and maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Listings Department and the Market & Products Department, providing assistance to the Members of the Exchange, issuers and other associated parties, as well as reviewing and assisting in the analysis and work of his team, with a strong focus on business development. Robbie holds a number of management and leadership qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

After 20 years at PwC, and having been the signing Audit Engagement Leader for hundreds of financial services clients as well as leading Risk & Quality, Controls Assurance and Innovation & Technology, Jo is now using her breadth of experience as an Independent Non-Executive Director and currently the chair of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association (GIFA).
