WEBINAR DESCRIPTION

UK: Investigations in the UK - Best practice and how to avoid the pitfalls [REPLAY]

This session will discuss the best practice and key steps to avoid the pitfalls of conducting internal investigations and dealing with investigations by regulators and prosecuting agencies.  Our highly experienced presenters will provide insights based upon their extensive experience and will subsequently engage in a Q&A session with attendees.

Given the various challenges many have dealt with due to COVID 19 and related remote working, we will also consider how investigations may change over the coming months as many return to modified working patterns.

Many of the matters to be discussed will impact those conducting overseas or multi-jurisdictional investigations and, therefore, this session will be beneficial for everyone involved in conducting and supporting investigations.
