Cory Sumsion is a Sr. Director in the Legal Department at eBay Inc. based in its Salt Lake City office.  Cory leads a commercial legal team that supports the Real Estate, Data Centers, Core Product and Technology, Finance, HR, Tax, Risk, and other shared services departments.   He also leads the global Contracts Administration team that supports the end-to-end contract management function and related systems.  An advocate of leveraging technology in the in-house legal space, his teams have streamlined processes by automating routine functionality and integrating AI into the contract review and analysis.
