Alex is the CEO of the Dixcart Group, responsible for; treasury, strategic growth plans and implementation, and asset management.

Many clients work with a number of the Dixcart offices to manage their family office and corporate structuring and Alex assists with several of these clients, adding an additional layer of support and guidance. 

Alex’s work, over the years, has focused on family governance, wealth management and a number of property related structures and investment vehicles. He has always enjoyed working with multi-generational family structures and businesses.

Simon joined Vermeer Partners in 2018, bringing a wealth of investment management experience. He chairs the partnership's Investment and Equities & Strategies Committees and is a member of the Compliance, Risk, Operations & Finance Committee.

Simon has over 30 years' expertise as a research analyst and investment manager. Following a career in stockbroking, Simon joined Gartmore Fund Managers in 1994, becoming their Head of UK Equities, after a number of years. Simon subsequently worked at Premier Asset Management.

Simon has also been the non-executive Chairman of Pollen Street Secured Lending plc, and he also advises a number of small financial and property businesses.

Vahe is the Founder and CEO of the Global Family Office Community (GFOC), and is a globally recognised leader in the family office space.
 
Vahe created GFOC to provide a safe and comfortable setting where family offices can meet each other; share ideas, stories and best practice; and learn from experts, in an otherwise private and lonely environment. This has now grown to be a globally cohesive group with nearly 1,000 family office members.
 

Henno Kotze is a director of Dixcart Management Malta and has expertise in providing international solutions to companies and individuals from several countries around the world.

Henno has a portfolio of high net worth clients and specialises in international structuring and tax planning, establishing and managing Maltese companies, yachting, online gaming and VAT. 

Malta offers several residence and citizenship programmes. Henno has an in-depth knowledge of all these programmes, the benefits and financial obligations of each and has assisted a number of clients to take up Maltese citizenship and/or residence.

Pete is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Solicitor (currently non-practising). He became a director of the Dixcart UK office in 2013 and was appointed Managing Director in 2018.

As a member of the International team at Dixcart UK, much of his work is with the Tax and Immigration teams, working primarily with international, non-UK domiciled families, coordinating and planning their move to or investment into the UK. 

Pete also advises clients regarding international tax residence and estate planning, working with families and individuals to manage their multi-jurisdictional wealth and future planning.

In usual times, he travels frequently, in particular to India and the USA.
