Neva Cirkveni

Neva Cirkveni´s international upbringing and background in international commercial and investment arbitration enables her to provide a distinguished perspective on legal problems and positions her well to act in politically sensitive cases. She worked for several renowned international law firms specializing in international dispute resolution.

Ms Cirkveni combines an academically rigorous approach to law with her knowledge of working in different legal jurisdictions.

Sharon Schmidt

Sharon Schmidt acted on behalf of the Legal Service of the European Parliament (Brussels), providing legal assistance to its political bodies and Secretariat, representing the Unit for External Relations at committee meetings and offering legal advice to Members of Parliament on legislative matters. She also served as Consultant at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization Office of Legal Affairs. Her legal experience included working for the Special Litigation Division of the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office and acting as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Justice Henderson at the Court of Appeal (Royal Court of Justice) of England and Wales.

Combining civil law and common law experience, Ms Schmidt has been an active contributor to legal journals and newsletters focusing on international dispute resolution.
