Overview
USCIS will use the Final Action Dates (Chart A) for February 2021. Employment-based categories are mostly unchanged from January 2021, with a few months' advancement for China and India EB-1 and a few days' advancement for China and India EB-2 and EB-3.
What are the Changes?
EB-1
For EB-1, India and China will advance four months to January 1, 2020. All other countries stay current.
EB-2
For EB-2, India will advance to October 12, 2009. China will advance to June 15, 2016. All other countries stay current.
EB-3
For EB-3, India will advance to April 1, 2010. China will advance to January 1, 2018. All other countries stay current.
EB-4
For EB-4, Mexico will advance to December 15, 2018. Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador will advance to April 15, 2018. All other countries stay current.
EB-5
For EB-5, China stays at August 15, 2015. Vietnam will advance to October 1, 2017. All other countries stay current.
