United States Patent And Trademark Office Reduces Filing Fees For Two Trademark Filings

We hope your 2015 is off to a good start.  The Trademark Team at Womble Carlyle is sharing some further good news.  The United States Patent and Trademark Office is taking the rare step of reducing its government filing fees for two common trademark filings.  As of January 17, 2015, the filing fee for new electronic applications will be reduced by $50 per Class and the filing fee for a renewal application will be reduced from $400 to $300 per Class.
