On Sept. 18, 2017, Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner signed legislation
which reinstates the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax
Credit Program and extends the sunset date to June 30, 2022. The
legislation includes a number of revisions to the eligibility
requirements, the credit calculation, clawback provisions, and the
annual reporting requirements.
