The development team behind a planned multifamily renovation of
single-family residential condominiums in the Parkland area of West
Louisville believes the project can be a springboard for more
growth and give West End residents an affordable path to
homeownership.
Parkland Real Estate Development LLC - a local limited liability
company led by Tamika Jackson, founder, owner and principal broker
of Key Group of Louisville LLC, and DeOndrea Robinson, founder and
principal owner of Jump Start Realty and Development LLC - plans to
convert about 29 units spread across multiple buildings at the
corner of 28th and Dumesnil streets in the historic Parkland
Commercial Preservation District.
