Jeremy Dickens (New York-Private Equity) recently contributed a
chapter titled "The Evolving Private Equity Market: Changing
Players and Concerns" to Inside the Minds—Understanding
Legal Trends in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Market,
published by Thomson Reuters/Aspatore.
The chapter takes a retrospective look at 2014 and discusses
projected private equity activity in 2015. In Dickens's view,
the increased activity in the private equity market witnessed in
2014 is likely to continue at an even greater level in 2015.
