Insurer Says It Doesn't Have To Cover $50M Pollution Award

Westfield Insurance Co. told an Indiana federal court on Friday that it owes no part of a $50.57 million judgment owed by a waste disposal facility to a class of neighbors who sued over pollution from the facility, saying the court already decided the relevant insurance policies didn't cover the claims in the suit.
