NHS Charges: Increase For Accidents From 1 April 2020

The cap on total recoverable NHS Charges will increase from £53,278 to £54,566.

Although each individual increase is not significant, insurers will need to ensure that their reserves for accidents which occur on or after 1 April 2020 reflect the increased level of charges.
