BrookStreet des Roches has acted for a consortium of landowners on a sale to a consortium of major housing developers of land at Curbridge, West Witney for a significant new mixed-use development. This comprises 1,000 new homes together with retail, office and industrial buildings, a primary school and possible a new secondary school with playing fields and changing facilities.
Real estate partner, Charlie Seaward, who has been involved with the project for 20 years, led the BrookStreet team. Planning partner, Nigel Hewitson, negotiated lengthy and complex planning and highway agreements with West Oxfordshire District and Oxfordshire County Councils.
