2022 Paris Arbitration Week Highlights

As part of the sixth annual Paris Arbitration Week, Reed Smith's international arbitration practice hosted a webinar discussion entitled "Resolving life sciences disputes: Prescription or over-the-counter medicine?"

This event was one of a series of seminars and academic debates held during the week across Paris, bringing together thought leaders in international arbitration to address a wide array of topics and important developments in the field of international arbitration.

Our event comprised: a keynote speech from Ramzi Aboutaam on "Arbitrating Cross-Border Commercial Life-Sciences Disputes"; a GC roundtable discussion exploring questions such as: "Do you agree that life sciences disputes are more than simply commercial disputes?"; and a mock life sciences-themed emergency arbitration.

We are delighted to share the event highlights with you.
