Following the postponement of the hearings and the suspension of the enforcement proceedings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities have now issued a new regulation with regard to the deadlines in the adjudication proceedings.

According to the announcement of the Minister of Justice, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey has enacted a new law suspending all procedural deadlines until 30 April 2020.

The subject law is yet to be published in the Official Gazette. We will provide further details of the regulation following its publication.
