HHG Legal Group has added further strength to its commercial litigation practice with the appointment of Special Counsel, Carolyn Meighan.
Carolyn, who has more than 20 years of litigation experience, will lead the commercial litigation team in Perth alongside Murray Thornhill, Director and Head of Commercial and Dispute Resolution, and Blair Campbell, Special Counsel.
Carolyn is a highly regarded litigator and has experience in relation to a broad range of matters, including property and strata title disputes, trust and estate disputes, planning matters, franchising matters, competition and consumer matters, regulatory matters and contract disputes.
Carolyn has previously held senior leadership roles as Principal and Partner at other leading litigation practices in Perth.
