After nearly three decades of service to corporate clients and private litigants throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, Richard Windish has joined our firm.
Richard's practice concentrates on the litigation, negotiation, and resolution of civil disputes involving businesses, individuals, and insurance carriers. He specializes in insurance defense and coverage, in addition to commercial litigation and contract disputes. Richard also has a robust civil litigation practice, including family law, land use, environmental, and construction defect claims. Richard has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative agencies.
Richard is a proud Vermonter and outdoor enthusiast. In his free time, he dedicates himself to the construction and maintenance of hiking trails and the conservation of the beautiful Green Mountains. Many of the firm's shareholders have worked extensively with Richard over the years and are thrilled that he has chosen to join the Primmer Piper Eggleston and Cramer team.
