Ms. Jhingan represents several international satellite companies and has substantial expertise in collaborative alliances and joint ventures especially in telecommunications, satellites and information technology, foreign satellite coordination, technology license arrangements, slot coordination, foreign direct investment by satellite operators etc.
The Satcom Industry Association (SIA-India, www.sia-india.co), is a non-profit association created for the purpose of representing the unified voice of communication satellite eco system in India including satellite operators, manufacturers and users. SIA-India carries the industry's voice to the government, regulators, policymakers and standardisation bodies. SIA-India collaborates with the government bodies (Department of Space, IN-SPACE, relevant ministries) and industry and provides effective solutions for decision makers and other stakeholders (satellite operators, manufacturers, start-ups, institutions and users).
We are also pleased to inform that SIA-India is organising a Space Conference on "New Emerging Trends-Post Reform Era" on August 4th and 5th, 2021. With this conference, SIA-India hopes to create a constructive platform for all the stakeholders of this growing Indian space industry, with the active support of the Department of Space/ISRO. The conference will have distinguished speakers from the DoT, DOS, NSIL, Antrix and Department of ISRO and the industry to discuss important aspects of the space sector.
