The guide provides insights into the history of Israeli copyright law, discusses the notion of "works" eligible for copyright protection under Israeli law, and explains the issues of authorship and ownership of copyrights. It also dives into matters such as copyright protection and management, collective rights management organizations, fair use, neighboring rights, and copyright enforcement and litigation.
