Orange County, Calif. (April 26, 2024) – Providence Managing Partner and Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois' Workers' Compensation Practice Lauren Motola-Davis, Northwest Indiana Partner Tricia Bellich, and Sacramento Partner Ryan Frazier will present a webinar titled "Workers Compensation: Recent Trends," on May 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT.

During this informative 60-minute CLE session, our speakers will give an overview of workers' compensation trends and discuss the best ways to handle an OSHA claim that arises from an accident at work. They will also provide key insights on initial inspections, discovery, and citation appeals. Moderated by Orange County Partner Esther Holm, this session will be beneficial and informative for general counsel, HR managers, and safety staff in all sectors, but particularly in the building, transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

Ms. Motola-Davis has decades of trial practice and civil litigation experience representing insurance companies, insureds, and self-insureds in a broad range of subject matters including admiralty, employment discrimination, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters.

Ms. Bellich is a member of the Workers' Compensation and General Liability Practices. She has a national presence in the field of Worker's Compensation serving as a trainer, speaker, and mentor for numerous individuals in this practice area. She uses her business acumen to counsel smaller local companies to large corporations on best practices in claims management, return to work issues and the importance of an inclusive, positive culture in the workplace.

Mr. Frazier is the leader of our Sacramento Workers' Compensation team. His practice includes handling workers' compensation claims and assisting his clients, which include employers, insurers, and third-party adjusting agencies in ensuring only appropriate benefits are paid from claim inception through final settlement or through closure via trial, including appellate level proceedings.

Ms. Holm is co-chair of the Professional Liability Practice, and vice-chair of the Product Liability Practice. Her specialty is Trial Practice in Professional, General, Employment, Transportation and Product Liability matters. She moderates all sessions that are part of this General Webinar series by Lewis Brisbois.
