WYWL members organize and run WYWL’s major fundraisers, the Minute Man Race and CraftWestport. They also volunteer in the community and organize social events. WYWL also gives grants to charities based in lower Fairfield County. Since WYWL’s inception, it has donated over $4.2 million to local charities.
Lidia Bastianich is an Emmy award-winning public television host, best‐selling cookbook author, successful restaurateur, and owner of a flourishing food and entertainment business. In 2022, Lidia received the Silver Award from APT for 25 years on Public Television.
