In addition to representing clients in active disputes, Tamryn provides advice to clients in assessing litigation risk with a view to avoiding litigation and works to find business solutions to complicated legal issues.
Bradley Wiffen is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans, which is consistently and widely recognized as Canada's leading corporate restructuring practice. Bradley has significant experience in Canadian and cross-border corporate restructurings, recapitalization transactions, acquisitions, financing transactions, and related corporate and insolvency law matters.
