Best Lawyers© has announced the 14th edition of its United States Best Law Firms© rankings with Bona Law's Michigan office receiving a top-tier ranking for antitrust law. Bona partner Steve Cernak, leader of the firm's Michigan-based practice, has also been individually recognized by Best Lawyers© in antitrust law since 2020.
Steve is Chair-Elect of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and will become Chair in 2024. In his practice, Steve represents clients with respect to merger reviews and filings, compliance, collaborations with rivals, pricing and distribution issues. Before joining Bona Law, Steve was in-house antitrust counsel for General Motors for more than 20 years, responsible for mergers, antitrust litigation, and global antitrust compliance.
The 2024 rankings are based on "Best Law Firms' methodology that relies on qualitative and quantitative data on legal skillset, achievements and client successes.
