Preiskel & Co advised TMT Analysis, a leading global provider of Mobile Phone Number Intelligence", on its recent acquisition of network security company, Phronesis Technologies.
This deal marks an important step for TMT to be a leading provider of mobile and device intelligence globally by capitalising on the rapidly growing market of global identity management solutions. It will enable TMT to offer its new and existing customers its extended portfolio of digital identity authentication and verification products and data sets, as well as expand its range of services to a growing customer base.
