Yulin joined EKB after maintaining a general solicitor's practice at a law firm in downtown Vancouver. Yulin received his JD from the University of Calgary and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. Prior to law, Yulin worked for a Member of the Legislative Assembly.
