On 30 November 2022 Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. and its relevant subsidiaries, on the one hand, and the main financial creditors of Trevi Group, on the other hand, executed the restructuring agreement in compliance with the certified plan pursuant to Articles 56, paragraph 3, and 284, paragraph 5, of the new Code of the business crisis and insolvency.
