The GST Commissioner, vide Order No. 03 / 2017 – GST dated 21 September 2017, has extended the due date for filing of declaration in Form TRAN–1 (original) to 31 October 2017.

The GST Commissioner, vide Order No. 03 / 2017 – GST dated 21 September 2017, has extended the due date for filing of declaration in Form TRAN–1 (original) to 31 October 2017.

Comment

Considering the initial difficulty in filing returns under GST, the Government has extended the due date for filing of declaration (original) in Form GST TRAN – 1.

It must be noted that Form TRAN 1 can only be revised once before 31 October 2017.
