On November 21, 2019, the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB) released draft Guidelines operationalizing the recent amendments to the Patented Medicines Regulations for consultation (see our overview of the draft Guidelines here). The deadline for providing written submissions has been extended from January 20, 2020 to January 31, 2020. The PMPRB began meeting with stakeholders to discuss the new Guidelines in early December.
