From the date on which this Law entered into force, the Law
"On implementation of investment projects related to
construction and infrastructure facilities on the basis of special
financing" has lost its legal force.
The law reflects provisions on the regulation of public-private
partnership, public-private partnership projects, the procedure for
their selection, requirements for applicants, public-private
partnership tender, terms of public-private partnership agreement,
the procedure of its conclusion, amendment and termination, state
support and guarantees for private partners and creditors.
