August 20, 2018 – Quebec has announced its new skilled worker Expression of Interest system, named 'Arrima', is scheduled to begin in September 2018.

The province's Department of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion (MIDI) has developed the system to manage applications for permanent residence.

It is designed to continuously and promptly invite skilled workers with profiles meeting the needs of Quebec businesses.
