Final Version of New Condo Regulations Have Been Posted by the Province
You can now consult the final version of these regulations adopted under the Condo Act. Specifically, you can now review the final language of:
- The General regulation (O.Reg. 48/1). This one contains the bulk of the regulations adopted under the Condo Act;
- The Regulation designating the Condo Authority. This authority will be responsible for the administration of certain provisions of the Condo Act;
- The Regulation
setting up the Condo Authority Tribunal. The tribunal
will offer alternative dispute resolution services for certain
types of condo disputes.
