Eden is an MSW, RSW, a registered social worker with the Ontario College of social workers and Social Service Workers, and a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Eden graduated with her master's degree in social work in 2001 at Yeshiva University, Wursweiler School of Social Work.

Eden works at Eden Dales School of Social Work, a community-based social work practice that provides assessments and counseling services for clients and families recovering from trauma across Ontario in many languages.
