Foi publicada em 4 de julho no Diário Oficial da União a Portaria n.º 1.381/2017 do Ministério da Transparência, Fiscalização e Controladoria Geral da União – CGU, alterando a Portaria nº 910 de 7 de abril de 2015, que disciplina o Processo Administrativo de Responsabilização da Lei Anticorrupção (PAR) no âmbito do Poder Executivo federal.
As mudanças incluem a delegação da competência para instauração do processo ao Corregedor-Geral da União, a notificação prévia das pessoas jurídicas quanto aos fatos ilícitos objeto de apuração no processo instaurado e a possibilidade de se especificar provas a serem produzidas no curso do processo, entre outras.
