On February 03, 2016, it was granted the processing of the judicial reorganization of the following companies from EISA Group ("EISA Group") in Brazilian Courts: EISA - Estaleiro S/A e EISA Petro-um S/A. ("EISA Group"). The lawsuit was assigned to the First Business Court of the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, dockets No. 0494824-53.2015.8.19.0001. Now, EISA Group shall present a plan within 60 days, informing the manner it proposes payment of its debts. The granting of the authorization also triggers the suspension of the existing lawsuits against EISA Group for 180 days.
