Foi aprovada nesta terça-feira (08/12), pela Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT), a abertura de consulta pública da Concessão da Rodovia BR-116/465/493/RJ/MG.

O projeto está qualificado no Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos (PPI) pelo Decreto nº 9.059/2017 e tem como objeto trechos da Concessionária Rio-Teresópolis e da Concessão da Dutra, cujos contratos encerram-se ambos em 2021. Ademais, o projeto também envolve rodovias que estão sendo concedidas pela primeira vez, como o Arco Metropolitano do Rio de Janeiro e trechos da BR-116/MG e da BR-465/RJ.

O sistema rodoviário do projeto tem extensão total de 726,9 km e a estimativa de investimentos na concessão é de R$ 8,8 bilhões.

A consulta pública promovida pela ANTT colherá sugestões e contribuições às minutas de Edital e de Contrato, bem como ao Programa de Exploração da Rodovia e aos Estudos de Viabilidade Técnica, Econômica e Ambiental. Os documentos serão publicados nos próximos dias neste link e a Audiência Pública está prevista para ocorrer virtualmente em 15/01/2021.
